Three systems. One discipline.

Each product ships with a full extraction of its working envelope. Values below are representative of validated production batches.

01Unit AER / 090

FINN-AERO-90

High-Performance Specialized Aerosol

A precision-atomized aerosol for uniform deposition on complex geometries. The carrier flashes off cleanly and leaves a controlled active film with no migration.

02Unit REL / MAX

FINN-RELEASE-MAX

Industrial Mold Release Agent

A semi-permanent release system for high-cycle tooling. It builds a covalently anchored barrier that survives repeated demolding without transfer to the part.

FINN-NANO-FILM

Friction-Modifying Nano-Film

A self-assembling boundary film that orders into nanometric tribolayers under load, lowering friction and asperity wear at the contact without altering tolerances.

[02]Technical highlight / Tri-Synergy

The Tri-Synergy additive package

Our friction systems are built on three additives engineered to activate in sequence across the load and temperature envelope. Each covers the regime where the others fall short, so protection never has a gap.

Component 01
MoDTC
Molybdenum dithiocarbamate
Friction modifier

Decomposes under shear to deposit MoS2 nanosheets at the contact, collapsing the coefficient of friction in the boundary regime.

Component 02
ZDDP
Zinc dialkyldithiophosphate
Anti-wear / antioxidant

Forms a phosphate-glass tribofilm that carries load and resists asperity contact, protecting the surface where the film thins.

Component 03
S-Olefin
Sulfurized olefin
Extreme-pressure agent

Reacts at high flash temperatures to form iron-sulfide layers, preventing micro-welding and scuffing under peak shock loads.

[03]Research & development

Chemistry resolved at the nanometer

The R&D group works the full path from molecule to validated batch: design the active, prove it on the tribometer, then scale it without losing the behavior that made it work.

Nano-scale engineering

We characterize tribofilms at the nanometer with profilometry and tribometry, tuning chain length and anchor chemistry until the film orders the way the contact demands.

Specialized formulation

Each compound is built additive by additive from a controlled base, balanced against substrate, temperature window, and the customer process line.

Validated performance

Every batch is logged against four-ball, pin-on-disk, and thermal-cycle protocols. Nothing ships without a traceable data record.
